At Hey ZRO, we are creating a new lane within e-commerce showcasing virtual commercial real estate. We act as a virtual landlord - managing a digitized city by where we customize brick and mortar like storefronts for businesses everywhere.

Our workflow is simple: we take our customers Pinterest vision boards of the type of store design and decor they would like, then, get it designed in an architecture visualization software. Once the layout and design are approved by our customers, we take the file and import it into a game engine, this is when we build the open world style platform of a scalable city and its scene environment. We use a process called photogrammetry combined with 3d scanning to import products and arrange the products in the store. We also up-sell different interactive features within the store, like fun to play mini games that unlock discounts as well as allow customers to go live and share their shopping experiences with distant loved ones.

The best part of what we do is create jobs. Specifically, we create new types of jobs that are not easily replaced with new technology. Our workforce development strategy is to concentrate efforts on hard to hire populations that are getting left behind and find it increasingly hard to provide for their families legally. These hard to hire populations include people with criminal histories, credit unworthiness, mild literacy issues and manageable disabilities which all play a significant role in whether someone will get an opportunity or not. We are a company firmly choosing to stand in the gap not because it sounds good but because we are. Through our existing relationship with Goodwill, who is on the frontlines of battling these systemic issues, we use their proven process of filtering through the most promising and hard working candidates just needing an opportunity to prove themselves. The opportunities we are providing them is executive grooming in a management training program that prepares them to recruit, build and manage new business accounts on our platform.
