Dear Ifeoluwa, Try to refresh your application page if the "Ask for Recommendation" button is not highlighted and when it does type in the person's email address and hit enter; you can fill in as many emails to people you feel knows you enough to recommend you. And no, the people who will recommend you do not have to be registered on this platform.
