Syncing tweets with video moments allows us to “crowd source” metadata, which provides broadcasters with insights into user reactions of a specific moment in video as well as specific search terms and key themes.

Such insights are absolutely vital for market research companies, who require quantitative data to back up qualitative data, as well as bloggers, content creators and small communities (such as blog owners) who want to drive traffic to their website and increase audience engagement.

For brands, the Reframed player offers companies a place to build a unique experience for fans to share and interact with the brand community, moment by moment. As a different target audience for Reframed, the pricing model for brands is likely to be a one off payment on a campaign basis.

Once we’ve captured the conversation around video, we help users make sense of it with tag clouds of key themes, sentiment tools displaying positive and negative reaction together with a highlight graph. A great example is the live #Leadersdebates we Reframed, when people were trying to unpack the political rhetoric - at the same time as talking about the unexpected moments.

Shareable“deep links” allow users to jump in and out of video moments of interest while our partnership with Twitter means we’re one of the few companies with Twitter Player cards, enabling users to share the full video on social media.
