For good experiences it encourages the patient/customer to provide leads . For poor feedback the entire ticketing and escalation system is triggered . Based on configuration , the appropriate officer gets a trigger . The ticket can be manually or automatically escalated to senior officers .Post discharge customised emails and SMS are sent to understand patient experience . If they post in social media the same in analysed . In a nutshell CEMPIA digitises and captures experience from all channels , analyses them real time with algorithms , sends triggers on appropriate issues to relevant officers and helps to Enhance Patient Satisfaction and make them feel special at every touch point.
