Thermaband's mission is to reframe the reality of what menopause means for women in midlife through leveraging the power of empathetic technology. I have mentored the Thermaband team for the past year. They are very sharp and I have been impressed by their thoughtfulness and willingness to take feedback. They have shown an ability to recruit and retain talent and to execute quickly – moving from idea to fully functional prototype in 8 months. Debbie has first hand experience with this problem, which aids in designing a product that resonates with their target customers, and has enabled them to build an engaged and growing online community. I think ultimately the winning product in this category will create a connection with users that straddles trust and empathy. The ThermaBand team is building that connection.
