Past startup attempts:
-Checkyourlocal- Local daily deals-Got to prototype stage, and pitched twice but didn't get funding on because there was no team, the end
-Moozinda Ltd- Online Designer shop- Using a dropship model, got £3,000 through a grant, didn't make traction once site launch, got traffic but insignificant conversions, decided not to go further before using up little funds left. In hindsight the concept wasn't competitive enough, it wasn't compelling and big enough to garner investment.
-The Gents Code: Website for gents interested in high quality(handmade) shoes and high quality or tailored suits (Just points gents in the right direction)
-Fortitude Properties, LLC: I was wholesaling US properties. I would look for properties from distressed sellers, like foreclosure, inheritance, divorce, put them under contract and sell the contract to list of cash buyers I had. Secured contacts on 2 properties worth about $454,000, unfortunately the contracts expired before I sold them.
