The organic portfolio of meals will be a healthy and age appropriate introduction to a variety of flavours and textures, and a fun introduction to classic favourites and adventurous, culturally diverse offerings recipes from all around the world.

Tiny Diner will operate as a WISE (Work Interaction Social Enterprise) scheme offering training and employment opportunities to the women that Eaves supports. The involvement of the service users is integral to brand integrity. Tiny Diner will also supply nurseries and domestic violence refuges with free product. This embedded social enterprise model is a unique selling point in the baby food market.

The product will be sold via three sales channels, 1) major multiples, 2) independents, convenience stores, delicatessens and 3) food service. Within retail, there are limited organic options within the chilled ready meal offering in any of the major UK retailers and none in the big four supermarkets.

The outsourced business model is lean and efficient. Food production is outsourced to Lodge Farm Kitchen. Lodge Farm will in turn pay a royalty to Tiny Diner for use of the Tiny Diner brand. Marketing, PR sits within Tiny Diner.

Tiny Diner has built a management team comprising a wealth of specialist skills and experience as well as a board of experienced Senior Executives in both commercial and social fields.

Launch recipes have been created and Tiny Diner has retail commitments secured with Sainsbury’s, Wholefoods and Planet Organic.
