Credit cards now in NYS flirt with criminal usury rates, while banks offer virtually no interest on deposits. This, we believe, will accomplish two things: 1) increase liquidity and buying power of consumers while 2) simultaneously increasing the profitability of retailers. A win-win-win, the only losers being the banks which are entrenched in, and dependent on, current credit cards (invented years ago, by Bank of America). I contacted past chair Janet Yellen with detailed research, but received no answer. Recent legislation by President Trump not only entrenched these practices further, it does so in a racially biased and discriminatory manner. A former investment banker/equity analyst (in healthcare), I am well versed and thoroughly modeled out my idea before preventing it to investors.

As you can imagine, as so many institutions are invested in, or are the traditional banks themselves, getting financing for my company, which makes sense from an investors standpoint, has not been easy. Hence, the reason for my turning to other central banks, including the Federal Reserve, Bank of England and Bank of Japan to possibly fund such an instrument. It is disruption in the same vein and classic sense which made Nelson Rockefeller so successful at the turn of the century.

I have had several hiccups executing my business (minority owned and run), as others in the auto industry who liked the idea so much, they tried to usurp it, rather than invest in it, but that has been partially blocked by the issuance of the patent (which I refuse to file for or publish CIP applications to the patent office till the original is set to expire), and general lack of know how by those mired in old business model thinking. For the longest time, when the cost of capital was lowest for the dollar (at near 0%), the dollar would have been the best currency to fund this with, but I was (erroneously?) disuaded, the implication being that the US Federal Reserve is somehow protectionist or is biased towards the large banks. The recent series of rare hikes, however, brings the cost of capital to near parity with the Euro.

I am writing this partially to see if opportunity exists to present more developed idea to the European Central Bank, with the overall global economy and stability, and the well being of consumers (the U.S being, as we all know, the largest consumer market in the world by a long shot), though in the Trump era the rhetoric and law justifies discrimination and unfair lending practices which disproportionately affect the underserved and working class. If not, I hope that perhaps several other countries or regions are set to back the instrument and regulate it, to compete with the US credit card system.

My business plan, from the beginning has always been a global one(import/export, expanding retail across the globe, in a “Walmart” style fashion, aggregating and using volume , under a single brand name, to capture the lions share of a <niche> Industry, and I have always looked at my fiduciary duty to be to those who are and later become shareholders, not any particular industry, interest or country.

Who may I contact, it definitely speak with, at the European Central Bank, to assess your interest in (or not) working with me on this project as I gain investors and build the supply chain for retail, and execute the marketing strategy for customer acquisition? Thank goodness (for their sakes) that US Banks have increased capitalization and reserves to potentially stem off any losses which may occur. (HaHa)

I am a #solopreneur (founder and startup’s sole employee) responsible for 100% of the content posted on my various feeds: over a dozen handles now covering various divisions of my company, which has engaged in, and continues to seek, strategic partners, investors and corporate joint ventures, which I continue to manage myself.

The purpose of the holding company is basically to manage intellectual property, including patents, trademarks and brand licensing functions, with the overall aim to create:

1. A social network of 1 billion connected cars
2. A disruptive Financial Services instrument to compete against Mastercard and Visa
3. A global retail franchise for the cross selling, installation and service of used cars in the aftermarket, many of them doubling as lounges or night clubs in the after hours.
4. We plan to launch a disruptive (price) internet service provider: Championship Telecommunications, with the marketing and customer acquisition being focused largely around the oil and gas industry as well as the Title Sponsorship of a Motorsports Series (as that self selects the consumer base most likely to want to access our services and ecosystem.)

I have had numerous accounts suspended for what appears to be (in Twitters eyes) “automated behavior”, which is reduculous on the surface because I do not have a team of people managing these sites. As a matter of course, I periodically take screen shots of most of my accounts and tweets, so I at least have a record (mostly for the Securities and Exchange Commission), and they are posted on Google Plus, Tumblr and Facebook.

I had previously had correspondences with Twitter support about the feasibility of connecting multiple handles to a single phone number, because I am the only person who has ever posted in any of those accounts. Then, there is he issue of lost/stolen phones, making it IMPOSSIBLE for me, by myself to re-access those accounts.

FULL DISCLOSURE: it was complaints I filed a with the FBI and Justice Department regarding anti-competitive behavior, which most are construing as FRUSTRATION OF THE VENTURE or SABOTAGE, which is loosely defined as industrial Espionage.

President Trump: doubling down on Facebook, Google and Twitter who are “trading on thin ice”. That suggests that there appears to be merit or substance to my allegations, particularly given that the White House, Justice Department, Federal Trade Commission and EU Commission are documenting “Fake News” and misquotes Of he President. As a media company, you have an implicit standard that you are held to (requiring more rigorous due diligence and fact checking) as well as observance of the First Amendment to the Constitution of the United States Of America: Freedom of Speech And Freedom Of The Press (Motorious New Media: Ignition and Blueprint Magazibes.)

A former Wall Street analyst who is BOTH a minority AND disabled, I am already having a hard time managing this ecosystem by myself, because your actions as a corporation, are making me look disorganized, and have made venture capitalists and others loathe to engage. If you are found to be guilty, the consequences could be as severe as FBI Asset Siezure, or Justice Department stiff fines and/or Federal Prison Time for those who are found to be held responsible. In the end, your corporate or community rules do not supersede federal and international laws about competition, if you fail to communicate with corporations and acrually identify what rules were broken (I actually read all of your rules thoroughly , and I cannot find and obvious action that justifies account suspension.
