Velocity Creative Accelerator 2021

Find Direction and Speed with Velocity, the accelerator for creative entrepreneurs. Now is the perfect time to get serious about developing your business skills. Up to 10 teams will participate in the 2021 Accelerator developed and hosted by the Center for Creative Economy in Winston-Salem, NC. Velocity is cohort based, and mentor focused.

WHY VELOCITY

THE DATES
- Application Open: April 5 - June 6, 2021
- Online Onboarding Week: Week of July 27 -30
- Kick-Off Weekend: August 6 - 8
- Curriculum: August 3 - September 23 (Sessions on Tuesdays and Thursdays)
- Velocity Week: September 26 - October 1 with cohort, mentors, and investors

THE MONEY
- $995 fee per person (Scholarships available to BIPOC and Female founders)
- $50K in seed-stage funding split between three founders based on final presentations.
Funding is equity-free, 0% interest loans.
- There is no fee to apply.

***In person gatherings will be dependent on the current COVID-19 policies. CCE follows the State of NC and CDC guidelines. Residential components of the program will be adjusted to online delivery as needed.
