3-month program for tech start-ups featuring peer selected investment
Launching in April 2013, the Village Capital - CIIE: Tech for Impact program is the premier accelerator for technology focused companies that deliver impact for their customers through innovation.

Village Capital, in partnership with the Center for Innovation, Incubation and Entrepreneurship's Aarohan Ventures, is accelerating 15 seed stage companies through their proprietary program structured around peer support and mentorship, and featuring skills based workshops led by leading investors, entrepreneurs and more.

The accelerator will run through July, with three 4-day sessions focused on training entrepreneurs to look through the "lens of the investor." The skills based workshops, hosted at the India Institute of Management in Ahmedabad, feature teambuilding, value proposition, value chain, customer validation (including a dedicated customer forum), financials, financing, legal, accounting, sales, marketing, and more.

Participating enterprises receive regular assessment and feedback from the cohort and connect, collaborate, and more, providing a platform for all 15 teams to position themselves for scale and investor readiness.
