I think it might be a time-zone issue. I'm in the same time-zone as San Francisco and when I woke up to finish up my form around 6 AM PST, the application had already closed. It would have been the 15th around 9-10 PM in Beijing at that time. I've been adding things via the "Update" button, though, I'm guessing what was there was automatically submitted? The full form is still not available for me, either.

Did you manage to get back your application form, Giovanni? Or were you adding things via "Update"? Are we going to have a chance to actually submit through the form today? It's still only about 6:40 PM here. All of my updates are marked "Nov 15th". How do we know if what we've written into the application has submitted successfully?

Giovanni: Ah, I see! Well, good luck, and I hope things work out for you! :) I'm thinking most people figured the deadline revolved around the San Francisco time zone, as it wasn't posted otherwise. Hopefully this situation will be fixed and the time zone posted with future deadlines. The difference between San Francisco and Beijing is a whopping SIXTEEN hours. 16! That is a LOT of time. We would have needed things in by the end of the 14th to be in by the end of the 15th in Beijing. So, it's not surprising that
a bunch of people got locked out in the middle of finishing up. :(
