LVMH is interested in solutions designed to make our Maisons offline and online experiences as integrated as the smartphone is in our customers’ lives:
• Solutions enabling truly luxurious omnichannel experiences, including:
o Enriched store experience (e.g., smart furniture, interactive mirror, etc.)
o Improved online experience (e.g., product visualization, augmented reality, fitting technologies)
o Additional services to accompany customers through the whole customer lifecycle (e.g., appointment booking, post purchase services, etc.)
