In our increasingly global and connected world, destination shopping has become a significant part of the luxury travel experience and many of our customers around the world are visitors to the city in which they are shopping. As part of LVMH’s uncompromising quest for excellence and our unique leadership in the luxury universe, we seek to make those visiting customers feel at home and deliver them the highest level of comfort and luxury experience wherever they shop, whether in duty-free stores or traditional retail.

Challenge Specifics:
LVMH is interested in solutions with the potential to offer all types of traveling customers a luxury retail experience, before, during and after their journey by enabling:
• Support to better prepare their shopping trip (incl. product reservation, etc.)
• Emphasis on airport shopping to offer an uninterrupted luxury travel retail experience (...)
• Support for destination shopping trips (store location, appointments, etc.)
• Enhancement of destination experience (concierge service, culture, food & dining recommendations, etc.)
• Consistently excellent digital access for international travelers by supporting the online/mobile apps and services they use at home.
