Criteria for Winners
1. Exponential access: Transform access to low income and isolated communities. Access should extend beyond a limited few to millions.
2. Cost reduction: Address key constraints of scarcity by bringing down costs associated with the supply chain of essential products and services.
3. Quality of service: Design new service delivery models that transcend geographical and resource constraints and support a value chain of capabilities and facilities.
4. Moving the adoption curve: Scale proven technologies using behavioral incentives and user-focused designs.
5. Enhance user experience: Provide targeted services that tailor to the specific needs of each group.
