For subcontractors, we have industry tailored questionnaires for different types of work (e.g. painting and tiling) that they have to fill in order to upload a job. This will automatically secure a better match than any single text field solution does. After uploading a job we suggest it to a selection of best suited candidates for the specific job. When parties match, we give them a smart-contract based on the agreements that were made on our platform.

We have a gamified rating system that incentivizes workers to work through us, which will in return allow them to ask more money for their skills. The subcontractors are able to employ 30% less people full-time, as we allow them to hire based on a need, not predictions that are never correct.

As part of our go to market, we have taken a community building approach. We are working on creating a live feed where construction workers all over the country are able to connect, share photos of their day-to-day work, showcase their work and discover cool projects releating to their trade.
