XploR is an extended reality company (VR, AR, MR) whose proprietary software allows customers to experience 360º world tours and interact with our trained tour guides—live—from their VR headsets at home. We offer an Oculus application selling pre-recorded tours, then stream “one to many” live tours with the future vision of utilizing the gig economy for live and personal VR tourism. Practically, we stream from the best 360 degree camera able to do live stitching to our app. From there, we send the stream to our clients' VR headsets. They access these products through a future Oculus app where they can connect with a personal guide, ask questions about the physical environment, learn about culture and connect with someone from another background in real-time.

It will take 6 months to develop the oculus application and be accepted to the store. At which time, we will sell pre-recorded tours. It will take between 3 and 6 more months to have a LIVE product. At first, we will be streaming "1 to many" tours. This means one guide will give a tour to many tourists. The reason for this is it is more cost effective for offsetting the startup costs of the stream and cameras. Eventually, we can offer a premium service of live tours. When the hardware becomes cheaper and smaller, we can utilize a gig economy to be the "Uber of VR tourism". This means when the technology becomes available in a few years, we will instantly be scalable and able to stream personal tours to millions.

"Worlds Abroad" is a testing ground for guides, tours and products. We have been testing the viability of sites by having guides on the ground test the internet connect and routes. You are contained by bandwidth, so sites with higher capability are designed first. We move on to sites where we can design paths where the connection holds up. We have been streaming live tours to clients to build a customer base, so that when we are ready to announce production of our VR app, we have both the streaming knowledge, and the loyalty and means to generate revenue quickly. The Logos, videos and setup are only an example without the benefit of high production costs.
