Because most of the applicants won't go any further in the application process and in many cases won't get an answer. Employer brand will deteriorate if the applicant doesn't feel considered by the recruiter.

What does YAGGO do?
We answer individually to all of our clients' rejected applicants thanks to our SaaS technology and our HR experts, and we advise them on how to improve their resumes. We answer them under the company's name so they never see YAGGO. We also create custom applicant pools for rejected but relevant applicants by profession. Our HR experts will afterwards reach them through newsletters with premium information and relevant job offers (type of contract, location...) If still looking for a job, they will be motivated to apply to new job offers. Also, we use the collected data in order to help our clients to define their recruitment strategy.

Today, we have 17 clients, our churn is 0% and we answer to 480 000 applications a year, we raised money this summer to support our growth.
