In other words we use Yeast, which are a super source of protein with all its advantages (umami known flavor - known taste thats already been used in meaty products, free of allergens, no regulation issues - non GMO, GRAS certificate, PDCAS of 1 and available for up-cycled food) coming from downstream processes and combining them with fermented yeast, creating concentrated protein that can be used in two ways:

* option 1: protein powder (protein concentration above 70%)
* option 2: TYP (Textured Yeast Protein) with a protein concentration of above 60%

In this way we create up-cycled food in what is being called circular economy, having a real sustainable product.
