Zenaga Foundation gGmbH

The non-profit organization was founded to improve the dialogue and transfer
of knowledge and technology between industrialized countries and their actors and actors
in developing countries. One focus is on the exchange of knowledge,
the representation of the technical possibilities as well as the realization of projects.
The vision is to give everyone access to clean energy and an intact environment. With a rising quality of life and stable global climate can Future generations live where they were born and where their homeland is.
In addition to providing knowledge and contacts, projects in various fields contribute to the realization of this vision. We strengthen cooperation and connects the actors in USA, Europe
and Africa. It thus promotes dialogue between countries and people.

Reasons for the establishment of the Zenaga Foundation:

Climate change is scientifically recognized and its impact on humans, the climate, nature, energy
and therefore life are described by the IPCC reports. The resolutions of the UN Climate Change Conference (COP 21) in Paris (Dec. 2015) should bring about countermeasures at the state level.

After this conference, some delegations to Kai Zimmermann asked about his practical experience
and skills in the economically and ecologically sensible energy turnaround.
The delegation from Senegal invited him as speaker to an international conference in Dakar. The idea was to network developing countries and industrialized countries in order to jointly master the challenges of our time in the fields of climate protection, migration avoidance, energy, infrastructure and peaceful living.
At the heart of Foundation is the global issues from the state level to the level to get the citizens
and stakeholders and support them in the implementation. For this purpose, should
the effects of climate change on the region are made visible and the benefits of active action made tangible and the positive financial effects are shown - Only in this way can citizens be taken
on a journey to a more economic, clean and sustainable future and motivated to action.
Dealing with the topics must be fun and interesting, so that the offers are used by the people.

The company bears the name Zenaga Foundation. The word Zenaga is about a Berber language, which used to be spoken by a large tribe. Today the language is spoken with decreasing tendency.
